Partners Plan
Residents covered under the Partners
Plan are eligible to
receive a 100% return of the original Base Purchase Price of
their residence, as well as share in the appreciated resale
value of the condominium. Healthcare services at the Health
Center are paid on an as needed basis at the prevailing rate.
This plan is particularly suited to those who have long term
care (LTC) insurance.
Traditional Plan
Under the Traditional Plan, future Personal Care, Dementia Care, and/or Skilled Nursing Services at The
Health Center are included as part of the Monthly Service Fee. The Base Purchase
Price depreciates 2% per month until there is a 0% refund. |
