Freedom Village is the only Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in the region to offer a fee-for-service plan and a traditional lifecare plan for active adults aged 55+. This allows residents to tailor their healthcare payments to meet their individual needs.

Additionally, Freedom Village is one of a few full-service retirement communities in the country to offer equity ownership through a life estate deed with accompanying tax deductions for property taxes, school taxes, and medical expenses.

Freedom Village owners have peace of mind with our LifeCare Guarantee. Residents will be taken care of for life regardless of physical or financial circumstances (as per the Continuing Care Agreement). All levels of care are conveniently available on-site. Hospital services are available at neighboring Brandywine Hospital, Chester County Hospital, and Paoli Hospital.
