Innovative Senior Care ™ (ISC)
by Brookdale is a fully integrated therapy and ancillary
services organization that operates within Freedom Village.
We employ professional therapists who serve our residents
on-site with Medicare certified physical, occupational, and
speech therapy.
Through ISC, we provide our
residents with a full spectrum of wellness services attending
to balance, muscle strength, home safety, low vision, memory
enhancement, pain management, self-care strategies, specialized
dining as well as continence.
Free educational seminars, clinics,
and support groups enhance the multi-dimensional aspect of
ISC. Best of all, therapy, rehabilitation, and care services
