The Glen at Freedom Village is a
Medicare approved skilled nursing facility with a proud record
of excellent survey results and quality indicator reports.
The Glen delivers 24-hour nursing care, physician visits, physical,
occupational, and speech therapies, nutritional counseling,
social services, and other special care to residents admitted
for short-term rehabilitation or for longer residency.
Associates
do everything possible to help residents retain their independence,
dignity, and privacy. We do it all in a family-centered environment
where loved ones are encouraged to be as involved as possible.
Delicious meals are prepared by our own chef, and special diets
are artfully accommodated.
Planned events and special programs
keep residents minds and bodies sharp while they engage with
family, friends, and volunteers. The indoor Greenhouse and
outdoor garden paths are favorite spots for social visits or
for quiet contemplation. Residents also enjoy the convenience
of our on-site beauty parlor and transportation services.
Freedom
Village accepts Medicare, HMOs, and third party insurances
for qualified stays (usually following hospitalization).
